- The Augusta Spa Resort cancellation policy involves the corresponding costs of the reservation cancelled in a period of 48 hours before the arriving of the guest in any season. If the cancelation is made between 48 and 24 hours, the Hotel will charge the amount of one night. On the other hand if the cancelation occurs from 24 hours on before the arriving, the amount charged will be the price of two nights. This policy is also applicable for the non-shows and in the case when the customer, while staying at the Hotel wants to bring the check-out date forward for any kind of reason. It is valid as well as for Travel Agency clients such as for direct clients.
- The authorized methods of payment in the Augusta Spa Resort are the followings: in cash or by credit/debit card (Visa/Maestro/MasterCard)
- Entry in the rooms is guaranteed from 14.30. Before this time always is subject to availability and occupation.
- The check-out has to be realized at 12.00 Otherwise the Hotel is authorized to charge the late check-out rate in your bank account.
- In order to guarantee that all customers can enjoy fully our facilities, the access to the SPA area is forbidden for children (under 13), every day from 19.30 p.m. to 21.30 p.m.
- The access to our SPA area and heated pools is not included in all our fares.
- The access to outdoor swimming-pools is always permitted; it is possible that if the weather is bad we have to close them. During the whole year, the access to entire SPA will be included in those fares specified in, so the customers could choose the reservation with or without access to SPA.
- In according to healthcare regulations of Comunidad Autonoma de Galicia is recommended (not mandatory) for all users of heated indoor pools to use the swimming cap. In case of not having it, we inform you will be able to find at your disposal in the reception of the SPA at an additional cost.
- For better enjoyment of SPA treatments, timetable will be sent (by e-mail or mail address) to all customers so they can be verified. In case of not being satisfied and previously communication to our SPA department, they can be changed based on our availability.
