-Minimum stay: 3 night minimum stay in high season. In Low Season and Mid Season accept reservations for 2 nights (subject to availability), on which there is an additional of 25 € as cleaning fee.

-Guarantee of Reservation: as a guarantee of reservation, the customer must provide a credit card or debit card on which charge 25% of the total amount of the reserve.

-In Low and Medium Season: If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the entrance of the client, the 25% deposit to guarantee reservations made will not be refundable.
-During high season: if cancellation occurs less than 10 days prior to the entry of the client, the 25% deposit to guarantee reservations made will not be refundable.
-Security Deposit: for each room is a deposit of € 250. Unless damage or similar cases, this deposit will be returned to the client after his departure (check-out) within a maximum period of 7 days.

-Tickets will be held from 16.00.
-Outputs to be performed with deadline of 12.00 noon.
-The return of the keys will be leaving the keys on the coffee table.
-In case of loss or loss of key or command of the garage will be charged an amount of 60 €.
